I am directed to refer your bids dated 26th November 2019 on the subject noted above and to inform that the process of preliminary examination of bids has been completed and a preliminary Technical Report has been complied.
The attached proforma indicating technical score given to your bid(s) is sent to you for your information, clarification and proposing corrections, if any.
This preliminary technical report is open to rectification, without prejudice, based on typographical/ computational errors and/or omissions in order to provide equal opportunity to ensure transparency, fairness and maximum playing field to all bidders for a healthy procurement competition in the public interest.
The response based on merit will be entertained till (Tuesday) 28th January, 2020 during office hours i.e. 03:30 PM. The financial Bids of the successful bidders/firms will be opened on (Monday) 3rd Feb, 2020 at 1100 Hrs in the Committee Room of MD Office at SIE Kohat Road Peshawar.
Please note that you are only supposed to propose corrections for errors/ omissions in technical evaluation report on our part due to oversight, counting or re-totalling etc. and not to propose any alterations in the bids already submitted by your firm.
